At the Lake of Menteith, you can book a single seat session, reserve the sauna exclusively for your group of up to 12 people. Join us for an introduction to wild swimming followed by a restorative sauna, or book a full moon session for an unforgettable evening under the Scottish sky.

Our Dalgety Bay sauna accommodates up to eight people and is ideal for individual bookings, groups of friends and private sessions. Located within Dalgety Bay Sailing Club, the sauna is open to everyone and you do not need to be a sailing club member to book.
