Wild Sauna in Dalgety Bay
Enjoy the heat of a traditional sauna, the fresh air of the Fife coast and a waterfront setting overlooking the Firth of Forth.
The Wild Sauna Company at Dalgety Bay brings our friendly outdoor sauna experience to the grounds of Dalgety Bay Sailing Club. It is an ideal place to relax, catch up with friends and enjoy a little time away from the usual rush.
Most importantly, the sauna is open to everyone. You do not need to be a member of Dalgety Bay Sailing Club and you do not need any previous sauna experience. Simply choose your session, bring what you need and come along.
You Don’t Need to Be a Sailing Club Member
The Wild Sauna Company welcomes sauna visitors from the local community and further afield.
Although the sauna is situated within Dalgety Bay Sailing Club, bookings are not limited to club members. Anyone can book an available session through The Wild Sauna Company website.
You do not need to sail, own a boat or know the difference between port and starboard. We are here for sauna lovers, curious first timers, outdoor swimmers, local groups and anyone who fancies an hour of warmth beside the water.

- A robe or warm changing layer
- Water for drinking
- Easy to remove footwear
- Warm clothing for afterwards
- A bag for wet items
Please arrive in good time and follow the sauna guidance provided by our team. Reading our frequently asked questions before your visit will also help you know what to expect.
