Born from our love of nature, wild swimming, social connection and the restorative power of heat, we are overjoyed that our dream of opening a wild sauna in Scotland has finally come true. Our sauna aspires to be so much more than a place to warm up, we aim to bring people together for connection, relaxation and fun in the heart of the outdoors.  

We believe something special happens when people gather outdoors and we think our wee corner of heaven by the water at Karma Lake of Menteith in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, is a perfect home for our first wild sauna and we can’t wait to welcome you.
